What the SSB Call-up Letter Will Contain
- SSB centre (Bhopal / Bangalore / Visakhapatnam / Kolkata or as allotted)
- Reporting date and time
- Documents to carry (original certificates, photo ID, photographs)
- Travel / boarding instructions as issued by Indian Navy
How to Check / Download SSB Call-up Letter
- Open the official portal ? https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/
- Login with the same Aadhaar / registered credentials used at application time.
- Open the candidate dashboard / application status for SSC (IT) Jan 2027.
- When the letter is issued (end August 2026), download the PDF and take a printout.
- Also check the registered email and SMS. Do not use any third-party call letter download? site.
Documents Usually Required at SSB
- Printed SSB call-up letter
- Original 10th / 12th / degree marksheets and certificates
- Valid photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport)
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Any other paper listed on the official call-up letter
Important Instructions
- Only shortlisted candidates receive a call-up letter. If your dashboard shows not shortlisted, wait for the official status - do not pay anyone for a fake letter.

- SSB date/venue on the letter is final. Report as instructed.
